In the 1990s, I had many opportunities to travel to Hong Kong for work. My wife and I went on a trip to Hong Kong in the late 1990s. We went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch and ordered some dim sum. I’ve eaten dim sum many times and found it to be delicious. However, my wife said many times that it was so delicious! ‘I remember eating it happily.
